You agree to give us:

- Quick feedback, approvals, and content
- Access to your tools (like hosting or social accounts)
- Follow our agreed dates and steps
Note: We are not responsible for delays if you don’t reply or share full info.
04. Pricing & Payment
Our payment rules are:

Upfront payment | 70% before we start |
Final payment | 30% before handover of work or domain |
Bill due date | Within 7 work days |
Late fee | 5% per month |
Ways to pay: Bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, Payoneer, Wise, or international banks.
05. Delivery Time & Changes
We work in clear steps or goals. You get a set number of changes based on your plan. Extra changes cost more. Final files come by safe download links or email.
06. Stopping Work & Money Back
Our refund rules are fair:

After work starts | No full refund |
First 5 days | Up to 50% back |
After final delivery | No refund |
Quit halfway | Pay for work done |
Custom or non-digital items don’t get refunds.
07. Rights to Your Work & Ours
After full payment:
- You own the final designs and content
- We can show your work in our portfolio (unless we sign an NDA first)
- Unchosen ideas, drafts, and source files stay ours
08. Keeping Info Safe & Private
We keep your business details, logins, plans, and chats secret. We use standard tools to protect info. We don’t share without your okay.

09. Using Outside Tools & Items
We might use stock images, paid software, add-ons, templates, or AI to do the job. Extra costs for licenses are on you. If other rules apply, check and follow them.
10. What We’re Not Responsible For
We can’t be blamed for:

11. Unexpected Events
We are not at fault for delays from things we can’t control, like storms, hacks, wars, disasters, server crashes, net problems, government rules, or health crises.
12. Ending the Agreement
Either side can end with 7 days’ written notice. If you end it, pay for all work done so far. Files stay with us until you pay.
13. Showing Your Work
We can share finished projects on our site, portfolio, and social media to show what we do. For secret projects, ask for an NDA before we start.
14. Legal Rules
These Terms follow Bangladesh laws. Any fights go to Dhaka courts only.
15. Changes to These Terms
We can update these Terms anytime. Changes start when posted here. If you keep using us, you agree to the new ones.
