• 70% paid before we begin
• For ongoing monthly work, pay at the start of each month

1. b) Step-by-Step Payments (big projects)

• Split into parts (50% first, 30% middle, 20% end)
• Next part starts only after last payment and work is done

• We send digital bills to your email
• Pay within 7 days from getting the bill
• Late payments add 1.5% fee each month
• We may pause services for unpaid bills

• Stop work until you pay
• Hold back files, designs, code, or reports
• Push back due dates
• End projects with fair warning
