This Contact Guide shows how we chat with clients, answer questions, and handle service talks across all our work, like graphic design, web building, digital marketing, social and web data setup, growth advice, advanced SEO, and natural growth plans.

we prioritize clear and efficient communication. To ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve and that our technical work remains uninterrupted, we follow the contact guidelines outlined below.
1. Official Communication Channels
For project security and record-keeping, we only use the following official channels:

2. Business Hours
Our team operates from Sirajganj, Bangladesh (GMT+6).
Standard Hours: [Insert your hours, e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM]
Days: Saturday – Thursday (Friday is our weekend, though we monitor for emergencies).
Timezone Awareness: While we work with international clients, please be mindful of the time difference when expecting an immediate response.
3. Response Times
General Inquiries: We aim to respond to all new inquiries within 12 to 24 hours.
Active Project Updates: Clients with ongoing projects will usually receive a response on WhatsApp within 2 to 4 hours during business hours.
Support Tickets: Technical fixes (Pixel/CAPI issues) are addressed based on the priority level agreed upon at the start of the project.
4. Scheduled Meetings & Consultations
Zoom/Google Meet: To provide our full attention, all video consultations or project deep-dives must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Spontaneous Calls: We generally do not accept unscheduled voice or video calls to avoid interrupting active technical work (such as coding or ad optimization). Please message us first to check availability.
5. Information Security
For your protection, never send passwords or sensitive login credentials via plain text. We prefer using:
Meta Business Suite: Adding us as a “Partner” via our Business ID.
Google Ads/YouTube: Using the “Invite User” feature via our official email.
LastPass/Bitwarden: For sharing temporary website backend access.
6. Emergency Contact
In the event of a critical issue (e.g., an ad account being disabled or a tracking setup breaking during a live launch), please prefix your WhatsApp message with “URGENT”. We monitor these alerts even outside of standard business hours.
7. Professionalism & Conduct
We maintain a respectful and professional environment. AdxBipul reserves the right to terminate communication or services if a client uses abusive language, harassment, or unreasonable demands.
