01. Who We Are & What This Covers
Adx Bipul Agency (“Adx Bipul Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a full-service digital agency in Bangladesh, helping clients around the world.
This Policy covers:
- All pages, sub-sites, and client areas on www.adxbipul.com
- Email, chat, quote, and project tools we run
- Marketing efforts (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, emails, webinars, etc.)
Note: This does not cover outside sites or tools we just link to (see §15).

03. How We Gather Data
- Direct from you – forms for quotes, emails, Messenger, WhatsApp, calls.
- Automatic – cookies, pixels (from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), Google Analytics 4, server tracking.
- From others – lead partners, public social profiles, payment services.

05. Project Files
Files you send (logos, text, logins) go into secure cloud storage (Google Workspace, AWS S3, or similar). Only the project team and key staff can see them. We never reuse or sell client files.

07. Sharing & Showing Data
We share only when needed:
- Helpers – hosting, delivery networks, email tools, payments, file storage.
- Ad & stats partners – Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn (grouped or made anonymous when possible).
- Advisors – accountants, lawyers.
- Officials – if law or court says so.
- Business changes – if we merge or sell, data moves with it (we’ll tell you).
We never sell or rent client data.
08. Sending Data Across Borders
Our servers and partners may be in Bangladesh, EU, UK, USA, or elsewhere. When data crosses lines, we use Standard Contract Clauses (SCCs), approved rules, or other protections.

- Firewalls + web shields + live virus checks
- Access by role, two-step logins for staff
- AES 256 secure backups off-site
- Regular checks for weak spots & updates

11. Your Choices
If law allows, you can:
- See – learn what data we have
- Fix – change wrong info
- Delete – ask us to remove it (“forget me”)
- Limit / Say No – cut or stop use
- Take Away – get data in easy file form
- Stop Okay – end marketing emails anytime

12. Marketing Messages
You get emails or promos only if:
- You signed up, or
- You’re an ongoing client (easy opt-in).
Every email has an “Unsubscribe” link.
13. Kids’ Privacy
Our work is not for kids under 16. We don’t collect info from minors on purpose. If you think we did by mistake, tell us to delete it right away.
14. Outside Links
Our sites link to other places (like client pages or articles). We don’t control their content or rules. Check their privacy pages before sharing info.
15. Changes to This Policy
We update this as laws, tech, and business change. Big shifts get noted here or by email. See the “Last updated” date at top.
